Why Choose an Accredited Program

Are you looking for a massage therapy school? Make sure your program is accredited by the CMTCA.

Graduates of accredited schools can work anywhere in Canada.

  • Accredited massage therapy schools are invested in your success! They meet national curriculum standards and offer students a safe, quality learning environment. 

  • As a graduate of a CMTCA-accredited program, you will be eligible to take licensing exams in Ontario, British Columbia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and work anywhere in Canada.

  • NEW for Ontario:  As of January 1, 2027, students must enroll in an accredited program in order for their diploma to meet the education requirement for registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO, 2024).

The Canadian Massage Therapy Council for Accreditation (CMTCA) is the national accrediting body for massage therapy education programs across Canada.
