We are currently recruiting accreditation surveyors who will be our eyes and ears in the field during accreditation reviews.
Accreditation surveyors participate in three types of accreditation reviews: preliminary accreditation reviews and virtual site visits (completed from home), and in-person site visits (surveyors travel to the education program campus). Accreditation reviews, in most cases, are conducted outside of the province in which the surveyor resides. Surveyor applicants should be prepared to travel for in-person site visits (if permitted by public health guidelines).

The process to become a CMTCA surveyor is rigorous but also supportive, and assures that our surveyors are skilled and capable peer reviewers and CMTCA ambassadors who can meet the challenge. Selected surveyor candidates will be invited to attend a five-day orientation and training to be held in British Columbia in late fall 2021. The costs of attendance will be covered by CMTCA.
